How can I order from Window Force?

You can place an order in several ways:

What happens when I place my order online?

Once we have received your order, we will contact you via telephone to confirm the details of the order and to take payment details. We will then send you a confirmation document for you to check over all of the designs, sizes and options. When we recieve confirmation from you that you are happy with the order, we will then put them into manufacture.

Can I make changes once my order has been place?

You can make changes to your order up until you give us the go ahead from the confirmation document. After that point you cannot make changes to the order as it will have gone into the manufacturing process. Please Note that changes made to the order will alter the cost of the job, we will inform you of any price change before making the alteration.

When will my payment be taken?

We will only take your payment once everything has been confirmed with you over the phone.

Do you offer a price match service?

Unfortunately we do not offer a price match. We will always try to offer a great price, but due to the tight margins we work on we do not offer to match other prices. Please remember you can always get cheaper, but its cheaper for a reason. We only use high quality materials to produce a top quality window/door.

How long will my order take?

We are currently giving an estimated time of 3/4 weeks. this may vary due to high demand, or any manufacturing delays.

How much is delivery?

The cost of delivery is automatically calculated using your postcode. This will be calculated in the checkout. There are several differant options for delivery as most products are large and bulky, however there is a alternate delievery options for small items such as tools and workwear. We will confirm all delivery cost upon confirmation of the order.

How will my items be delivered?

We have a personal courier service that has the correct equipment for handling specialist items such as windows and doors.

Can I choose when/where my order is delivered?

You can specify where you want the order delivered when you go through the checkout process. When your order is ready to be delivered we will contact you to arrange a suitable deliver time and date.

Can I collect my order instead?

You are more than welcome to collect your order from our showroom. Choose this option in the checkout or if you have already placed your order and wish to change it, call us on 02476 666991.
